Upon arrival enjoy a glass of Perrie Jouet NV champagne to toast the evening

Valentine beetroot soup with a heart shaped crouton (V)

Roasted field mushrooms with a stilton & a “long kiss goodnight” sauce

with fresh, toasted olive bread (V)

Antipasti Sharing Platter:

A selection of cured meats, olives, roasted peppers, olive bread

& char grilled courgette

 

Seafood Platter:

Oyster’s with a sherry wine vinegar & shallots, Pan fried scallops served in a seafood sauce topped with melted cheddar cheese & a prawn skewer with lemon mayonnaise

 

Sorbet:

A refreshing Pink Champagne sorbet to cleanse & refresh the pallet

Classic Chicken Celestine

Pan fried chicken supreme in a cream & Grand Marnier sauce

served with sautéed apples & roasted almonds

6oz Rib eye of British beef served with Peppercorn or Diane sauce

Homemade gnocchi with roasted artichoke & squash in a

tomato & basil sauce (V)

Oven baked salmon with a classic parsley sauce with a carrot & celeriac mash

Chateaubriand for two

Served with home cut chips, French beans, Peppercorn & Diane sauce
